At MyKavach, your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. Due to the nature of our personal safety products, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, we understand that issues can happen during transit. That’s why we allow exchanges only in cases of damaged or defective products.


📦 Exchange Policy

✅ Eligibility for Exchange:

  • The product must be damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • The exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

    ⚠️ Note: We do not accept exchange requests through email.
    All requests must be raised only via our website exchange request form.


🔁 How to Request an Exchange:

Please visit our Exchange Request Page on the website and submit:

  • Your Order ID

  • Clear photos or video proof of the damage

  • A short description of the issue

Once verified, our team will guide you through the next steps and arrange for an exchange if applicable.


❌ No Returns or Refunds

We do not offer returns or refunds, as our products are personal safety items. Please review all product details carefully before placing your order.

  • Exchange is subject to stock availability.

  • Damages caused by misuse, mishandling, or regular wear & tear are not eligible.
